Please check the accuracy of your order once it is recieved.
Just notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order of any damages, or shortages. Each carton will be marked or contain a packing slip identifying the product in each box. We also keep the same information on file for verification. Tracking information from UPS is also available for each carton along with Proof of Delivery forms.
Refund requests submitted after 15 days of receipt of order will not be honored. All Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
Returns Policy - Defective Merchandise
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Returns Policy - Ordered Wrong Size and need to Exchange
If you need to return a product that was ordered in the wrong size you will need to call or email: customerservice@accessorycore.com and explain why you need to return the product. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. All product is custom made to order.

There is a minimum $9.95 shipping fee for exchanges and must be paid by credit card before exchanges can be reshipped. Some orders may cost more based on the weight and location the product is being reshipped to.
Any product being returned for credit requires authorization from Customer Service. There is a 20% restocking charge since all orders are custom produced at the time of order and in most cases can not be resold.

You will be given an RMA# to include with your return. Once you have received this number, write it on your original invoice, on the box or package, and include it in the return package.
AccessoryCore is not responsible for any return shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Please notify AccessoryCore immediately of any damages that may be the fault of the shipping company. AccessoryCore is not responsible for replacing any items that may have been damaged during shipping. We will work with the shipping company to ensure action of replacement.
We ask that you return items that are in their original state. Please do not launder any items to be returned. If product has been worn or washed it can not be exchanged.
Please take care when returning your item to ensure that it is packed and shipped as neatly as possible.
AccessoryCore reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the garment or accessory has been altered (from the original state) in any way.
